Steel Installation Services

Within our production units we have the facility to manufacture batch or single unit fabrications up to 5 tonne. 

General Fabrication

Structural steel work, Staircases, Platforms, Balustrades, Handrails, Glass/Stainless steel Q railing Balustrade/Handrail systems Etc. 

Sheet Metal

Within our production units we have the facility to manufacture batch or single unit fabrications.

Copper Work

We produce copper cleat bar for General electric HV transformers. 

Laser Cutting

Within our production units we have the facility to manufacture batch or single unit fabrications. 

In House Design Calculation

All Jobs are specifically designed to meet the customers requirements.

Established in 1996, Xtraweld Services Ltd – Provides high quality Fabrications, Installation, Sheet Metal / Mild Steel work and Copper work for a wide range of industrial and construction sectors.


Our highly-qualified team have a wealth of experience working with stainless steel, aluminium, mild, brass, steel and copper. All fabrication work is designed and manufactured to suit individual customer requirements with the highest level of care taken at all times.

2 New Apprentices Join The Team

Xtraweld are pleased to welcome our 2 new eager apprentices, Harley and Lucca. Harley and Lucca are following in both their Father's footsteps starting their career within the metal industry and they joined us in July 2021. Already, they have made such a huge impact, gaining many qualifications and important life-long skills.
AEDDonate Defibrillator

Defibrillator Back on the High Street After Vandalism

AEDDonate are an amazing local charity which supply external AED to local hotspots such as schools, pubs and outdoor areas to help with risk of sudden cardiac arrest. Unfortunately, not long after the installation of their unit on the High Street, it was vandalised and had to be removed from service. Our Project Manager Kevin Davies was contacted by Richard at AEDDonate to see if there was anything we could do in order to get this vital piece of equipment running again. Xtraweld were able to create a new casing for the Defibrillator and reinstall it back on the High Street .
